Please find below the approximated delivery services and fees we provide. Note that it is an estimate and to always contact your postal agent for further tracking details, however the Link Hair Extensions team is always on board and ready to help in anyway that we can! Standard 3-9 working Day Delivery is £3.99 for orders under £30

All other UK orders include Free Delivery

Please note, this is not a 100% guaranteed service and sometimes delays can occur which are beyond our control. If you order by 3pm, Monday to Thursday, you should receive your goods the next week.
If you order before 3pm on Friday, you will usually receive your parcel on the following weekend although we cannot guarantee delivery. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your goods on the following weekend and according the time frame for standard delivery.

We cannot process or deliver on a Bank Holiday.

Orders can arrive Saturday Delivery as well as Monday to Friday.

To EU destinations and the rest of the world the cost is £15. Deliveries will be made in 5-15 working days after you place your order depending on your location. ( 24 inch or longer and mixed blend shades usually has longer delivery times of 15 working days)
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

If you opt for standard delivery (which is a tracked service) at the checkout, in the unlikely event your item goes missing and does not arrive after 10 working days have passed, Link Hair will re-ship your order at the companies expense and make a claim on your behalf.

If you have purchased a European or International tracked service and in the unlikely even your item goes missing in the post, Link Hair will process a claim and once the claim has been accepted you will receive a full refund via your original payment

For exchanges, product must be returned unused within 14 days with the label still attached to the hair. If you would like any more information about our returns policy please see below.

If you believe you’ve received an incorrect item on your order, this must be reported to us within 14 days of you receiving your package.

Returns 
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. As in our seal not removed, please colour match 100% before opening

Due to the nature of our products and obvious hygiene concerns, orders are non-returnable once used and/or the hygiene seal has been opened.

 

Refunds 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card ( will be to original method of payment) You should receive your refund immediately but it sometimes depends on your card issuers policies. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Remy hair is human hair that has been cut from a donor processed & maintained with the cuticles aligned and kept together at the top of the bundle, it is the highest grade of hair you can purchase on the market today. This process is important to ensure the hair used mimics that of natural hair grown from the scalp because all hair flows naturally from the same direction, this is what allows remy hair extensions to remain and feel soft and silky.

Depending on the hair quality you choose, the durability of your hair extensions. How long your hair extensions last will also depend on the type of attachment and method you used. Permanent extensions can last up to three months, and semi-permanent between 6 and 8 weeks. With the On & Off method, their longevity depends greatly on how much they are used as well as accurate aftercare. Before you attach your hair extensions, however, it may be a good idea to think about what your everyday life looks and what the purpose of your hair extensions is weather that be added length volume or both. Hair extensions will not damage your hair. However, hair with hair extensions requires more care than just your natural hair. We recommend daily care, along with a little extra care on a weekly basis and for semi permanent methods maintenance on methods that allow for this ie Tape in, Micro & Nano Ring. We also recommend that you thoroughly inspect your attachments every five to seven weeks, both in order to enable you to enjoy your long hair as long as possible, but also to avoid tangled attachments and unnecessary wear on both the extensions and your natural hair. We also recommend that you use Links Aftercare products that are specially formulated for hair with extensions paraben free. They are designed to be gentle to both your extensions and your natural hair. The products contain a large amount of moisture and nutrition, which hair extensions are particularly in need of. It is also important that you attach and remove your hair extensions properly. Choosing a :colour: for your hair extensions can seem like a challenge. You may be unsure what colour your natural hair really is, or you might be wondering what color actually suits you best. At Link Hair we’ve tried to make the choice as easy as possible for you. We offer a large selection of different colors, lengths and qualities. If you look through the :colour chart: on our website, we hope that you will find the color that is most similar to your own. If you are still unsure, you can buy, or borrow, our :colour ring:. It features all of our colors, labeled and easy to remove to compare to your hair. Depending on your natural shade, sometimes you may need a few different colors and shades to get as natural a result as possible. This is also an option if you want to achieve color effects like highlights. 

Because all our hair extensions are already color-treated and have their unique history, we do not recommend, and cannot take responsibility for, changes in the original color of products that we have not tested and cannot recommend.

If you are purchasing permanent hair extensions such as Link Tape In, Micro Rings, Nano Rings & Wefts for LA Weave it is always best to have a professional install them unless you are a qualified specialist We offer Professional fitting for extensions within our London based salon services for all semi permanent methods Book Hair Extensions Fitting Appointment Online Here. Incorrect application can be detrimental to your natural hair and set of extensions. However, clip-in and halo extensions don’t require a professional to install. These can easily be applied and removed from the convenience of your own home.
